Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is in substantially unchanged condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or personalized, such as:

  • Personal engraving

  • Custom dimensions

  • Unique material choices

This is clearly stated on the relevant product pages.

How to Make a Return

Please contact us by email at info@alantaofsweden.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, which items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
You will receive return instructions and the return address by email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own security.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned.

Claims and Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Please contact us as soon as possible with photo documentation of the issue.
We will help resolve the problem through replacement, repair, or a new delivery.
