Delivery Areas

We ship to Sweden and the rest of Europe.
For delivery to countries outside this region, please contact us via email: info@alantaofsweden.se

Delivery Times

Order processing: 1–2 business days
Delivery within Sweden: 1–4 weeks
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume and production capacity.
International delivery: 2–4 weeks
International delivery times are also estimated and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs processing, and local conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Tracking

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays and Missing Deliveries

Damaged Goods in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos

  • Contact us within 7 days
    We will assist you with a claim in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered items will be shipped once all products in the order are in stock, unless otherwise agreed.
